• Step 1 – Login to your Mayarini Account >Account > My Orders

• Step 2 – Click on VIEW

• Step 3 – You can check the delivery timeline

To cancel an item from your order, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Mayarini account.
2. Go to “Orders”
3. Tap on “Cancel Request”
4. Add relevant details
5. Submit the form.

Note: Only packages that are not ready to ship can be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be reflected in your bank account as per the Refund timelines.
